I’m at my best when I’m stripping away the noise to find the core of a problem. I don’t believe in fluff or jargon; I believe in strategy, craft, and the elegance of a simple solution. For me, leadership isn't an advisory role, I’m a creative who stays involved in the making, helping teams navigate the messy middle of a project to find the breakthrough.
My goal is always the same, stop interrupting people and start adding to their day. Whether that’s creating moments of joy with Betty Crocker and AI or challenging people to reconsider inclusivity with Bupa and ParalympicsGB, I obsess over making ideas work on a human level.
I build multidisciplinary teams that treat emerging technology as a creative collaborator. I look for people who aren't afraid to lean into AI and new tools to amplify their craft and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
I’ve been lucky enough to lead some great teams and pick up some hardware along the way, including a Cannes Lion, but I still believe the best work happens when we stop acting like "advertisers" and start obsessing over the people we’re actually talking to.
